The new billing software has everything a client needs and uses under one interface. First of all your client area is nothing but a control panel similar to Cpanel but in this case you manage the back end of your hosting account, the support and billing. Previously there were 4 different login ids to manage your account, one for hosting, one for support, one for domain management and one for billing. With this billing system we have managed to configure the support, hosting, billing and basic domain control all under one Control Panel.

username: email address present in the billing record. This is the email you entered in the form during signup.
password: You can request your password at xistosupport.com/billing

If you wish to update your personal details, email address, pay your invoices or check any tickets replied to by our admins, this is the right place for you.
My Products & Services
One of the best pages which I am sure will be appreciated by any client, why you might ask? because this page contains the following :-
- You can check your hosting accounts, their due dates, recurring period your account is on and their recurring amounts.
- When you click on the icon next to the due date, you will be taken to a page where you can login to your Cpanel, reset your Cpanel password... Yes you can now reset your own Cpanel password, login to your webmail account or simply check how much of your resources you have used.
- You can even cancel your account through this page.
My Invoices The more detailed version of the client area, this page gives you the list of everyinvoice paid, due dates and payment/printout options
My Support tickets
The complete history of all your tickets along with the status, last update, department and last replier
Submit Tickets
Now this page lets you submit tickets in Xisto's primary departments Sales, Support and VPS. It is similar to the way you submit tickets ay xistosupport.com with a huge difference in them where the client area asks you for your username, password and hostname to ensure that no time is wasted in communication
My Emails
Another Superb feature for clients who have issues with receiving mails in spam and so on. If you are waiting for an email containing your details, invoice reminder, new client area password but still have not found your email. Then all you need to do is go to this page and you will see a list of every email sent to you.. A copy of the email is present for your use.
Domain availibility checker
You wish to see if a particular domain is free or not and you have no idea where you can check its status? In that case the easy to use Domain availibility checker will let you know whether a domain is free or taken. Now it does not give you the nameservers or ip of a particular domain but it saves a lot of time by mentioning the prices of the domain and also giving you links to the whois.
Server Status
Ever wondered what is the load of the server you are on? or wanted to know the php info of a particular server. You simply go to this page and you will get the basic details needed like uptime, load and phpinfo
