 I have been asked for Payment Receipt/Details.. What should I give?
Solution Every Payment Gateway has its own way of notifying the vendor and buyer about a payment made. The payment receipt for every payment made using 2Checkout,PayPal or Credit/Mycents in the form of an email and it contains the following :-

  • Transaction Id
  • Date Of Payment.
  • Email address used for the transaction
  • Invoice ID
Out of the above, the transaction id and the invoice id  are very important to help the sales admin verify your payment and helps us solve issues faster. Therefore I would request that you kindly provide the two every time you send a sales ticket.

Now if you are confused as to how to find the above, please refer to the below points :-

2CHECKOUT
===========

If you have made the payment using 2Checkout then you should search for an email that has a subject title  that starts with "2checkout Order Number {Order ID}" Paste the Order Id in the ticket.

ICICI
=====
ICICI is a bank based in India, we accept cash deposits, wire transfers and hot transfers(ICICI account needed).

When an admin asks you to provide proof for an ICICI payment, kindly provide him with the below details :-

  1. The exact amount you deposited/transferred.
  2. The date when you made the transfer
  3. The bank where you did the transaction from.

PAYPAL
=======

If you are asked to provide proof for a PayPal transaction then you will need to look in your PayPal email address or the Inbox of the email address used for the transaction.

The subject title normally starts with "Receipt for Your Payment to" or "Notification of Payment Received" From this email you need to copy the invoice id and transaction id and paste it in the ticket.

MYCENTS
=========

If you have paid your invoice using the Credit Option then kindly provide us your domain name and the invoice that was applied using credit. If possible kindly provide us with the email confirmation verifying that the invoice was paid using credit.

You should paste from the line beginning with  This is a payment receipt for Invoice...... UP TO..... STATUS: Paid
