  • How much time will it take to activate shared account if I pay by credit card

ComputingHost allows 2 payment gateways namely PayPal and 2Checkout, out of which 2Checkout is purely a credit card processing gateway. If you make a payment using 2Checkout it generally takes 6-8 hours for the status of the payment to be established.

Once we get a confirmation stating that your purchase is genuine, our Sales department will create the account and send you the details. Therefore depending on your purchase 2Checkout clients will get their details within 8-12 hours.

  • How much time will it take to activate shared account if I pay by paypal


If a client uses PayPal on the other hand then it can take anything from 15 minutes to 6 hours for account creation as this to depends on payment verification.



  • How much time will it take to activate shared account if I pay by any other way

If you have used :-

ICICI :- You need to contact our Sales Department and alert them about the wire transfer/deposit you have initiated. Your account will be created the instant we receive your payment which can take anything from 2 - 8 business days depending on location

MYCENT :- When a member uses MYCENT for his order, it can take anything from 1 day to 5 days to activate the account. The reason is because when a member orders his posting and forum behavior is reviewed, kindly note that that we can deny a member his hosting IF we feel that his posting/forum behavior is not proper.
  • What if I like custom plan?

Now the logic plans are designed for clients who need custom plans BUT there are some existing clients who wish to have a package either really low in space/bandwidth, an addon here or an addon there. In these type of cases It is best if you send an email to our sales department mentioning your requirements and our sales department will arrange something for you.

Existing clients are allowed to request for packages that have been currently stopped but they will have to pay a dollar or two extra (Plan A, Plan 3S and so on)

  • How to renew my account in emergency?


Our billing system is completely automated therefore the instant you make a payment, your account is immediately renewed BUT if you face errors or feel that your payment might be delayed a quick email should be sent to the sales department. Our Sales Team will guide you depending on your situation.

  • How to pay an invoice through the billing system?


To pay your invoice using the new billing system is very simple and convenient, simply login to your client area(https://xistosupport.com/billing) making sure to use the email address submitted during sign up. Once you are logged in you can pay the invoice using PayPal/2Checkout.

Another great alternative would be to use the Add funds option where you can add money to your account and the system will add the funds in your invoice whenever it is generated.
