Payment Subscriptions / Contracts canceled with PayPal.
Dear Members,
This is an urgent notice to inform you that we have deleted most of the subscriptions connected to our old billing system. This was done to make sure, none of our clients accidently get billed for a product which was canceled or linked to the old Billing System. These payments would had not been automatically recognized by our system.
PayPal makes the transactions safe and secure by protecting your identity information and relying on contracts called "Subscriptions". These contracts/subscriptions determine your payment terms for hosting and it is responsible for sending timely payments from your account to us. However, due to the migration to a new software, these AUTOMATIC payments processed due to Subscriptions setup by our old software, will not be recognized by the new software :)
To avoid confusion and payment related mistakes, we are taking the step of canceling all subscriptions one by one manually by verifying them by our billing records.
